A contract for the provision of the administrative, technical, and financial services in respect of a Biofuels Obligation Scheme (‘BOS’), including and without limitation, to manage, operate and maintain the existing systems and processes that have been put in place for the day-to-day implementation of the provisions for the BOS legislation in a manner that meets the requirements of the BOS legislation and is carefully aligned to and fully integrated with the contracting authority's existing administration; to administer the BOS for an agreed period of time, including management of the biofuel obligation accounts, providing statements of account to biofuel account holders and product supply traceability audits; to carry out all of the functions required of the contracting authority to

operate the BOS online system or other such system that may be used as an alternative; and to provide all other services relating to duties and obligations of the contracting authority.

(i) to manage, operate and maintain the existing systems and processes that have been put in place for the day-to-day implementation of the provisions for the BOS legislation in a manner that meets the requirements of the BOS legislation and is carefully aligned to and fully integrated with the contracting authority's existing administration;

(ii) to administer the BOS for an agreed period of time, including management of the biofuel obligation accounts, providing statements of account to biofuel account holders and product supply traceability audits;

(iii) to carry out all of the functions required of the contracting authority to operate the BOS online system or other such system that may be used as an alternative; and

(iv) to provide all other services relating to duties and obligations of the contracting authority which might be reasonably identifiable from the legislation.
