The city of Germersheim is planning to renovate the sports hall of the Geschwister-Scholl school at Römerweg 2 in 76726 Germersheim. The building is a three-field sports hall with a gross floor area (GFA) of 2 501 m 2 and a gross volume (BRI) of 18 499 m³. The sports hall was built together with the neighboring school building in 1972. The project is supported with grants from the state of Rhineland-Palatinate for the promotion of competitive, popular and school sports.

The subject of this tender are the basic services of the technical equipment technical planning, according to Section 55 HOAI 2013, plant groups 1-3, namely service phases 1-9, as well as special services.

The awarding agency intends to award the planning services in stages.

In performance level 1, the services of service phases 1-4 according to HOAI 2013 as well as the special services required in these phases are to be commissioned.

In performance level 2, the awarding body intends to award the services for service phases 5 to 9 in accordance with HOAI 2013 and the special services required in these phases for the approved planning. The services based on performance level 1 are optionally advertised. There is no legal entitlement to the commissioning of the other services / level.

The services of the further specialist planning for the technical equipment acc. Section 55 HOAI 2013, plant groups 4, 5 and 8, will be advertised in a separate lot.
