Mission of monitoring and animation of a planned Operation to improve housing in Urban Renewal (OPAH-RU). The description and technical specifications of this contract are specified in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP). The monitoring and animation mission subject to this procurement is divided into four main areas of intervention described in Article 5 of the CCTP:

1) a mission of animation, information and communication;

2) a mission of advice and support to private owners;

(3) a specific support mission to the contracting authority for the treatment of unhealthy habitat;

4) tax advice.
