1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of the order entitled: "Delivery of elements for the construction of a pilot installation (on a laboratory scale) of freeze drying equipment in a continuous mode".

2.A detailed description of the subject of the contract can be found in Appendix No. 1 to this SWZ. The scope of rights and obligations related to the implementation of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 4 to SWZ – Model contract.

3.The proceedings are conducted as part of Project No. POIR.01.01.01-00-0682/21 entitled: Development of an innovative technology for freeze-drying strawberries in a continuous mode, with on-line control and on-line optimization of product quality parameters, based on artificial intelligence algorithms and spectral measurements. Project implemented as part of the action R&D projects of enterprises, competition 1/1.1.1/2021 – Fast track.

4. The Ordering Party shall allow the submission of equivalent tenders. The Ordering Party shall consider as an equivalent product goods with no worse technical parameters than those indicated in the description of the subject of the order.

An equivalent offer is an item with the same or better technical, quality and functional parameters that meets the minimum parameters specified by the Ordering Party in Annex 1 to the SWZ (in particular, the offered assortment must correspond to the subject of the contract indicated by the Ordering Party in terms of: technical parameters, performance, purpose, functions it performs). In such a case, the Contractor is obliged to present together with the offer a detailed specification, from which it will be clear from the Ordering Party that the offered assortment is of the same technical, quality and functional parameters in relation to the assortment specified by the Ordering Party in the description of the subject of the contract. The Ordering Party informs that if the description of the subject of the contract includes trademarks, an equivalent offer is considered to meet the parameters of the individually indicated assortment specified by its manufacturer. The names and trademarks provided by the Ordering Party are exemplary and their indication is intended to determine the expected standard.
