The subject of the contract is the task entitled Services related to the maintenance of watercourses in the area of Water Supervision Krakow – stage II.

The Contracting Authority divided the order into the following parts:

Part 1 – Maintenance of the Struga Rusiecka stream at km 0+000-8+210 in the town of Rusiecka Cracow

Part 2 – Maintenance of the Pychowicki stream 0+000-5+600

Part 3 – Maintenance of the Rączna stream 2+700-4+500 m. Rączna, Liszki commune

Part 4 – Maintenance works on the Rzepnik stream at km 0+000-9+665.

The works covered by the contract are located on the Struga Rusiecka stream from the mouth of the stream to the Kościelnicki stream up the stream over the length of 8.21 km to the vicinity of the pond in the area of Godebskiego Street.

The scope of work:

• manual mowing of dense hard lichens from slopes – at km 0+000-8+210 practically on the entire section except for bridges, a long culvert under Igołomska Street and under railway embankments in Ruszczy,

• hacking vegetation from the watercourse with export,

• Raking mowed lichens from slopes along with export and self-management,

• clearing watercourses with a bottom width of up to 1.20m with backhoe and desilting machines, thickness of the desilted layer 20cm,

• one-sided spreading of excavated material after mechanical unblocking of watercourses with a bottom width of up to 1.20m from 20cm thick silt,

• clearing watercourses with a bottom width of up to 0.80m with backhoe and desilting machines, thickness of the desilted layer 20cm,

• one-sided spreading of excavated material after mechanical unblocking of watercourses with a bottom width of up to 0.80 m from 20 cm thick silt,

• manual cutting of bushes and undercoats of medium density,

• tidying up the area after cutting bushes and undergrowth of medium density along with export and self-development,

• manual removal of overhangs up to 15 cm thick from the insured trough with panels with removal and self-development,

• manual clearing of the insured bottom of the watercourse with a width of 0.5 to 1.0 m, thickness up to 15 cm with removal and self-development,

• manual removal of dams and garbage from the watercourse bed with disposal and self-management,

• cleaning culverts, bridges from nanos with a silting depth of up to 20 cm with export and self-management,

• removal of windbreaks with a circumference of 100 to 250 cm with cutting, export and self-development.

The work should be carried out under the supervision of the nature documented by the contractor in the form of a report / report.

The detailed scope of tasks performed as part of environmental supervision is specified in § 17 of the Model Agreement constituting Annexes No. 11 to the SWZ.

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the contract for Lot 1, the terms of implementation and obligations of the Contractor include: Description of the subject of the contract for Lot 1 constituting Annexes No. 1a to the SWZ and Model contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ

The works covered by the contract include a section of the Pychowicki stream located in Krakow – Pychowice and Skotniki.

The scope of the task includes:

• mowing with raking grass lichens from slopes at km 0+000-5+600,

• raking of mowed lichens at km 0+000+5+600 with export from collective residence,

• mowing lichens from the bottom of the watercourse at km 0+000+5+600,

• raking lichens mowed from the bottom at km 0+000+5+600 with export from places of collective residence,

• cutting without grubbing bushes (locally) with export outside the works at km 0+000+5+600,

• removal of dams in the form of bulky waste, branches, branches, etc. on the section at km 0+000+5+600,

• earthworks related to the deepening of the bottom of the stream on the section of about 500 m at km 4+100-4+600 on the section between the streets: Mochnaniec and Karola Bunscha performed with an excavator with the removal of spoil outside the works.

The work should be carried out under the supervision of the nature documented by the contractor in the form of a report / report.

The works covered by the contract are located on the Rączna stream, which is located in the administration of the Krakow Water Supervision. The stream at km 2+700 - 4+500 is located within the Rączna precinct, Liszki commune. The section to be implemented runs through built-up areas and in the vicinity of green areas.

As part of the maintenance work, the following were planned:

• manual mowing of dense hard lichens from slopes – 10 014m2,

• raking mowed lichens from slopes up to 2.0 m wide and self-development, in accordance with applicable regulations – 10 014 m2,

• manual cutting of medium-density bushes and self-development, in accordance with applicable regulations – 0.02 ha, pointwise,

• cleaning the area after cutting from small branches, with removal and development on their own, in accordance with applicable regulations – 500m2,

• cleaning of frame culverts 2.0x2.0m from silt with a depth of silting of the cable up to 1/3 of the height and self-development, in accordance with applicable regulations – 131m,

• earthworks in the ground category performed with backhoe excavators with a bucket capacity of 0.40m3 with transport of excavated material by self-unloading trucks - removal of earth overhangs from slopes (cleaning of existing insurance) and development on their own, in accordance with applicable regulations - 313.2 m3,

The detailed scope and type of works to be performed under the contract for Lot 3, the terms of implementation and obligations of the Contractor include: Description of the subject of the contract for Lot 3 constituting Annexes No. 1c to the SWZ and Model contract constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ

The section of the Rzepnik stream planned for work is located in the towns of Skawina and Chorowice between the Skawinka River (the mouth of the Rzepnik stream to the Skawinka River) and the sources in the town of Chorowice, Mogilany commune. The total length of the stream is 9655.00 m, of which 2700 m is regulated and the remaining is unregulated.

On the section of 9665.00 m in length, the following works are to be carried out:

• mowing with raking grass lichens from the slopes of the stream along the entire length at km 0+000-9+655,

• mowing with bottom raking on designated sections at km 1+000-2+250

• sectional bottom hacking at km 2+700-3+250,

• manual felling without grubbing and cleaning of banks from bush coppices along with the export of carp, branches and logs outside the work area with self-development – in sections at km 0+000-9+665,

• cutting trees with a power saw – circumference 70 cm – pcs.25, circumference 60 cm – pcs. 60, circumference 48 cm – pcs. 63

• removal of dams from the watercourse, removal of excavated dams and self-development – in sections at km 0+000-9+655

• Truck disposal of garbage and waste on the odl. up to 5 km with self-development

• development of gaps in the banks of the watercourse at km 0+670 - above the embankment lock in the right bank and 3+150 in the housing estate at Studzińskiego Street in Skawina
