The purpose of this service contract is to renew the insurance contracts of the Municipality of Colfontaine, for an initial period of one year, renewable three times one year from the end of the current insurance contracts. The market will end on 12.31.2024.

This market is a global market.

It consists, among others, of various positions including: auto, omnium mission of services, general liability, authorized representatives, fire, bodily accidents, accidents at work and TR works of art.

Important note:

Only insurance companies are authorized to submit an application and the contracting authority will refuse any application submitted by an insurance intermediary (broker, consultant, etc.).

Role of Marsh:

Marsh has been appointed by the contracting authority as a consultant for this contract.

As a consultant, Marsh is appointed to:

- Advice in the preparation and drafting of market documents,

- support during the public procurement procedure,

- verification of new policies.

Bidders are obligated to provide information to Marsh in connection with this procurement, if requested.
