The subject of the Order is the development of a complete Project Documentation along with obtaining the necessary consents, decisions, permits, author's supervision and technical consulting services for the construction of the water supply network from the city of Żyrardów to the Central Communication Port.

As part of the Task, the Contractor will perform:

1. Initial and pre-design documentation:

a. Map for design purposes,

b. Geological or geotechnical documentation along with obtaining an approval decision (opinion, geotechnical design, geological and engineering documentation),

c. Decision on environmental conditions for the implementation of the project, with the exception of the STH Area, for which it is planned to obtain a separate decision applied for by the Contracting Authority,

d. Decision on determining the location of a public purpose investment, excluding the STH Site, for which it is planned to obtain a separate decision applied for by the Contracting Authority.

2. Design documentation with the required arrangements:

a. Conceptual design with the necessary arrangements and consents of the owners of plots,

b. Construction project (including land development project (PZT), architectural and construction design and technical design), developed in accordance with the requirements of the Construction Law of 7 July 1994, as amended. The necessary number of construction projects should be prepared to enable the implementation of the Task located partly in the STH Area and in the remaining part outside the STH Site.

c. Other studies required to obtain a building permit,

d. Detailed designs of all industries,

e. Inventory of greenery (greenery project, list of trees to be felled / replanted),

f. A project of restoring the area to the state specified by the site managers (in particular restoration of roads, pavements, slopes, ditches, greenery),

g. Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works (STWiORB) for all elements for all elements of construction works that will be carried out on the basis of the Design Documentation and obtaining the approval of the Contracting Authority in this respect,

h. Investor's cost estimate and bills of quantities, covering all industry projects along with a table of integrated elements.

The subject of the contract includes obtaining the necessary decisions, including water and law reports, opinions and arrangements, consents of the owners of plots and conducting author's supervision in all industries in accordance with applicable regulations.

The Contractor shall act under the authority of the Contracting Authority in order to obtain all required documents, make arrangements and obtain administrative decisions. The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with appropriate authorizations and powers of attorney to represent the Contracting entity in order to perform this contract.
