NHS Bassetlaw CCG are seeking bids from suitably qualified and experienced providers for a Telehealth Service. The purpose of the Bassetlaw Telehealth Service is to provide appropriate technology and structured support to assist patients living with a long term condition. Telehealth provides peace of mind for patients, their carers and relatives that they are safe in their own home. Patients are assured that their health is stable, without making regular visits to their registered GP. Telehealth also facilitates the user to live independently for longer; patients can avoid a hospital stay or put off moving in a residential care home.

This is a 3 (three) year contract, running from the 1.7.2015 — 31.3.2018, with the option to extend for a further 1 (one) year.
