The contract has as its object the execution of all the services and give completely completed the supplies of the furnishings provided for by the intervention called: REQUALIFICATION, RECOVERY, CONSERVATIVE REHABILITATION AND RE-FUNCTIONALIZATION OF THE CLASSICAL MUSICAL AND CHOREUTIC HIGH SCHOOL "D. A. AZUNI" HEADQUARTERS OF VIA ROLANDO AND VIA DE CAROLIS IN SASSARI "- THREE-YEAR SCHOOL BUILDING PLAN ISCOL@ 2015 - 17 - AXIS I "SCHOOLS OF THE NEW MILLENNIUM"

The contract includes all the supplies and services necessary to give the works completed, according to the conditions established by these specifications, with the technical, qualitative and quantitative characteristics provided for by the project and its annexes of which the Contractor declares to have taken complete and exact knowledge.

The execution of supplies is always carried out according to the rules of the art and the Contractor must comply with the utmost diligence in the fulfillment of its obligations.

For the purposes of art. 3 paragraph 5 of Law 136/2010 and subsequent amendments, Unique Project Code (CUP) of the intervention is: I88H17000000005, with the relative Tender Identification Code 948502061D;
