Network routes within the GÉANT network are continually monitored to ensure that they are adequate for their use, are competitively priced and are under Contracts that comply with the Public Procurement Regulations.

The Lots set out represent potential solutions to meet GEANT's requirements for services (wavelengths, EPL, OCG, Spectrum and Dark fibre) originating in the following countries:

Turkey;

Cyprus;

Israel;

Macedonia;

Serbia;

Greece;

Montenegro;

The Baltics;

The Republic of Belarus;

Germany;

Poland;

Slovakia.

For the avoidance of doubt, GEANT will not award a contract for each Lot, but rather as a result of the dialogue process intends to narrow down the number of Lots for the subsequent stages of the procurement process.
