This contract is a framework agreement with multiple operators. The works contract will be the subject of separate purchase orders during the entire contract. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of 1 year renewable 3 times (maximum 4 years).

A maximum of 4 candidate tenderers meeting the terms of the framework agreement will receive a letter of award containing the ranking of the operators according to the most economically advantageous offers, in ascending order.

From this “ranking” of operators, partial orders will be sent by registered mail according to the following modalities:

The multi-operator framework agreement will be awarded according to the 'market share' method based on the annual market estimate excluding VAT of 2,160,000 EUR/year (4-year estimate of 8,640,000 EUR)

- Adjudicator No. 1: Max 40% of market share

- Adjudicator #2: Max 30% market share

- Adjudicator #3: Max 20% market share

- Adjudicator #4: Max 10% market share

Each bidder must be approved in the class corresponding to the amount of their bid for each order that will be made to them.

The maximum estimated purchase order amount is 130.000 EUR

Designated companies will receive several purchase orders spread over 12 months specifying addresses, quantities, plans.
