The subject of the Order is:

(a) the collection and development of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property from the community of Bolesławiec,

(b) the operation of the Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) and the collection and management of waste delivered to the PSZOK.

The subject of the contract is the service of collection and management of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate from the Bolesławiec Commune in the following towns: Bolesławice, Bożejowice, Brzeźnik, Dąbrowa Bolesławiecka, Dobra, Chościszowice, Golnice, Krępnica, Kozłów, Kraszowice, Kraśnik Dolny, Kraśnik Górny, Kruszyn, Łaziska, Łąka, Lipiany, Mierzwin, Nowa, Nowa Wieś, Nowe Jaroszowice, Ocice, Otok, Parkoszów, Pstrąże, Rakowice, Stara Oleszna, Stare Gmina Trzebień Mały contains the villages and settlements of Jaroszowice, Suszki, Trzebień Mały, Trzebień and Żeliszów. The subject of the contract will be implemented in the period from 01.01.2024. to 31.12.2024r. For the purpose of submitting the offer, the Contracting Authority estimates the following amounts of waste covered by the contract (Mg): 1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste - 3.683.00Mg, 2) paper - 145.00Mg, 3) collected plastics, metals and multi-material packaging - 390.00Mg, 4) glass - 445.00Mg, 5) bio-waste - 1.950.00Mg, 6) hazardous waste - 0.10Mg, 7) expired medicines and chemicals - 0.05Mg, 8) waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes - 0.05Mg, 9) used batteries and accumulators - 0.05Mg, 10) waste electrical and electronic equipment - 38.00Mg, 11) furniture and other bulky waste - 435.00Mg, 12) used tires - 101.00Mg, 13) construction and demolition waste - 144.00Mg, 14) textiles and clothing - 0.10Mg.
