The purpose of the consultation is to entrust a search mandate for existing housing (to be rehabilitated or not) to service providers.

The mission entrusted to the research mandate has two components:

- Prospecting for real estate to acquire

- Conducting a technical project assessment

The framework agreement is a single contractor (one service provider per lot)
