- around twenty lockers are being considered, three of which have to be taken over;

- additional services: open shelter cleaning, subscription by mail and check;

- subsequent contracts: supply of deliverables for the constitution of an offer during responses to RFPs by the RATP then supply, installation, operation of lockers and shelters if necessary;

- staff take-over: the employment contract of the employee currently assigned to the activity will be taken over, if applicable, in accordance with the applicable legal and / or contractual provisions (cf. consultation file).
