District heating pipe construction, gas and water pipeline construction, sewer construction, empty pipe laying for electrical supply and telecommunications, civil engineering work, road construction work

The client is planning to build two steam forming stations (DUS). Based on these stations, the district of Elberfeld is to be developed with a heating water network for district heating. The two stations are planned to be redundant and will be connected via a main route.

The present contract relates to the construction of the district heating line between the western DUS Aue/Bundesallee and the intersection of Neumarktstr./Morianstr. with additional side streets and the connection via Mäuerchen/Schloßbleiche and Wall to the network of construction phase 1, which is already under construction.

In the course of the new district heating plant, the gas and water divisions are to be renovated and the electricity grid expanded (only civil engineering with empty pipe laying).

The client is also planning the construction of three sewer sections as part of the City Elberfeld construction phase 2 project.

For the implementation of the measure, at least three columns per district heating, gas and water division must be used continuously.

The surfaces throughout the area will be temporarily asphalted.

The contract is divided into five route sections:

TA 1 Aue to Kasinostr.

TA 2 Kasinostr. and Neumarktstr.

TA 3 Mäuerchen, Bankstr., Schloßbleiche and Wall

TA 4 Obergrünewalderstr.

TA 5 Auer Schulstr.

Ready-to-use construction of the supply divisions district heating (FW), new heating water network incl. house connections, drinking water replacement building incl. house connections, gas ND replacement new building incl. house connections, civil engineering work for new cable laying and sewer conversion/new construction. Included are all civil engineering, pipe construction, welding works as well as the restoration of broken roads and pavements, over the entire projected network. In addition, empty conduits for electricity and for the data cables of the district heating will be laid. This involves pure installation work and the construction of distribution cabinets.
