The municipality of Sennfeld intends to build a new primary and secondary school in Sennfeld. As part of this award procedure, the services of structural design, service phases 1 to 6 inclusive in accordance with § 51 para. 1 HOAI, are therefore to be commissioned.

The playground and football pitch in the municipality of Sennfeld is planned as the location for the new building. Due to the old trees present there and the size of the property, tree- and space-saving planning is also necessary as part of the planning of the structural design.

In addition, the contractor intends to operate the new building to be built in an energy-neutral manner.

The property planning services for buildings and interiors as well as the specialist planning services for the technical building equipment have been or will be put out to tender in parallel in separate procurement procedures. The property planning services for buildings and interiors have already been commissioned.

The estimated construction costs (cost groups 200 to 700) for the new primary and secondary school are currently estimated at approx. EUR 17.0 million gross.

The replacement new building is scheduled to be completed by 30.06.2026.
