The new building of the joint headquarters of DREWAG and ENSO with two high-rise cores is planned on Friedrich-List-Platz 2 in 01069 Dresden and connects to the City Center from the south. The construction site borders on Lindenaustraße in the south. In the east is Fritz-Löffler-Str. with tram tracks and in the west a neighboring property with lower buildings. The new building is planned with 2 basement floors, the excavation pit is approx. 9 m deep. The cubic structure, which is staggered in its height, encloses a rectangular courtyard with its lower 5 floors and forms an 8 and a 13-story tower on its north and south sides. A building with approx. 27,200 m is being built 2 GFA, of which approx. 8,000 m 2 underground GFA in 2 basement floors, mainly used as an underground car park.
