The client intends to carry out the following construction project: Development of rural roads in the land consolidation area Nördliche Seeniederung Fehmarn. The estimated net eligible costs amount to € 3,968,000.
The subject of the award is the following service profile:
- Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen gem. § 47 HOAI LPH 1-9
- Consulting services for engineering surveying according to HOAI, Annex 1, 1.4, partial services of the basic services
- Other special services (e.g. local construction supervision according to AHO Heft Nr. 2, SiGeKo acc. AHO Heft Nr. 15).
For this purpose, planning offices are invited to participate in the competition, which can cover the above-mentioned performance profile, including consulting services and special services, and which have implemented comparable measures in the past. The assignment will take place in stages.
The following procedure is carried out:
In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to submit their requests to participate with the required proofs.
In phase 2, the requests to participate will be checked and the number of admitted applicants will be limited.
Phase 2 applicants will be invited to negotiate separately.
