1. The object of the order is to perform a service consisting of:

- receipt of municipal waste, from the territory of the Community of Trzebiatów, from the owners of residential, mixed properties and properties on which the cottages are located,

- transport of municipal waste received from the territory of the Community of Trzebiatów.

2. General characteristics of the Municipality of Trzebiatów:

(a) the area of the municipality is 225 km2;

(b) the number of inhabitants according to the report is: 15 155 (as of 30.09.2021);

(c) the number of persons on the basis of data from the declarations submitted by the property owners of the waste management fee shall be 12,632 (as of 30.09.2021);

d) number of properties on which there are cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes: 58 (as of 30.09.2021)

3. A detailed description of the item of the order is set out in Annex No 7.1 and Annex No 7.2 to SWZ.

1) The subject of the order is:

(a) the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of the property on which the inhabitants live in the territory of the municipality of Trzebiatów, broken down into the following fractions:

- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

- glass,

- paper,

- plastics, metals, multi-cartridge packaging (collected in one bag or container),

- biowaste;

(b) the collection and transport of municipal waste from property owners in the inhabited part and in the uninhabited part where municipal waste is created in the territory of the municipality of Trzebiatów, broken down into the following fractions:

- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

- glass,

- paper,

- plastics, metals, multi-cartridge packaging (collected in one bag or container),

- biowaste;

(c) the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of property on which there are cottages or other real estate used for recreational purposes — leisure activities within the municipality of Trzebiatów, broken down into the following fractions:

- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

- glass,

- paper,

- plastics, metals, multi-cartridge packaging (collected in one bag or container),

- biowaste;

(d) collection and transport of municipal waste: waste electrical and electronic equipment, furniture and other large-sized waste, tyres to be put up by property owners residing in front of the property or at dumpster pergolas twice a year, in accordance with the agreed schedule.

2. A detailed description of the object of the contract is annex 7.1 to the SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the transport of municipal waste collected at the Selective Collective Point of Municipal Waste (Strumykowa Street, 72-320 Trzebiatów) to the Waste Transhipment Station in Mokrawica and the Regional Municipal Waste Management Plant in Słajsin (related to waste construction)

broken down into the following fractions:

- glass,

- paper,

- plastics, metals, multi-cartridges (collected in one container),

- biowaste,

- large-sized waste,

- consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

- construction waste,

- worn tyres.
