The subject of the order is the delivery of machines for handling the square for biowaste (separator for glass — 2 pcs., separator for light fraction, container station of compressors) as part of the project “Expansion of the Waste Management Plant Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o.”

General scope of the item of the order:

1) Develop and transfer to the Contracting Party a timetable for the tangible and financial investment within 7 days from the date of the signing of the contract.

2) Execution of the technological project of the installation in Polish in the amount of min. 3 copies.

3) Supply a complete technological thrust of lightweight fraction cleaning machines and a 10-40 mm granulation biowaste jet glass consisting of:

- air separator — 1 piece

- optical separator — 2 pieces

- container compressed air station — 1 piece

The above machines must be communicated with each other in the process by means of belt conveyors allowing waste to be transported between subsequent devices.

4) Factory delivery of new container compressed air station with compressed air supply plant to optical separators.

5) Factory supply of new communication steel structures.

6) Installation of complete technological thrust of machines.

7) Selection and completion of equipment, assembly and organization and coordination of all works in the field of construction, delivery, assembly and commissioning of the complete technological thrust.

8) Execution of the power supply system of technological equipment from the switchboard existing at the facility.

9) Execution of control and control systems and visualization for the technological thrust of machines.

10) Development of boot documentation. For the smooth and proper execution of the start-up of the completed installation, the Contractor shall develop and submit to the Ordering Party a start-up program, covering the scope and manner of conducting startups The start-up program shall be provided in Polish in the quantity of min. 3 copies within a period of min. 14 days before planned mechanical start.

11) Launch and start-up of the complete technological thrust. The implementation of mechanical and technological start-up will be preceded by notification by the Ordering Party of the planned timing of mechanical and technological start-up in advance min. 7 (seven) working days prior to the scheduled start-up date (notification in writing). A condition for the start of technological start-up is positively completed mechanical start-up.

12) Develop and transfer to the Contracting Authority for acceptance of instructions for use in Polish in the quantity of min. 3 copies per min. 14 days prior to the scheduled mechanical start.

13) Training of the Contracting Authority personnel in handling, maintenance, servicing and health and safety regulations of the supplied technology.

14) Acquisition of responsibility for all new machines and equipment constituting technological equipment supplied under the subject of this order.

15) Provide complete receipt documentation to the Contracting Party, including DTR, declarations of conformity of EC machines and equipment or equivalent including drawing and descriptive as-built documentation in Polish, in electronic and paper form in 3 copies.
