Klinikum Werra-Meißner GmbH needs software solutions in the areas of EDR, XDR, NAC and SIEM as part of the modernization of its IT infrastructure. Services include delivery plus implementation and support.

With its hospitals in Witzenhausen and Eschwege, the Klinikum Werra-Meißner ensures basic and standard medical care in the Werra-Meißner region and beyond. As a municipal hospital with more than 500 beds, we employ more than 1,000 people at the Eschwege and Witzenhausen clinic sites and treat around 19,000 inpatients and 36,000 outpatients per year. The Klinikum Werra-Meißner is also an academic teaching hospital of the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen.

In order to fulfil its tasks, the Klinikum Werra-Meißner is absolutely dependent on a robust, fail-safe and functioning infrastructure for information and communication technology.

This information technology infrastructure is based on the one hand on data centers for processing and storing data and on the other hand the network infrastructure for transporting data at the locations and beyond.

An extensively implemented state-of-the-art security concept contributes significantly to the maintenance of this functioning infrastructure.

An essential component of this security concept is, among other things, to reduce the possible attack vectors and gateways to a minimum.

For this purpose, the client wants to implement an EDR/XDR, NAC and SIEM system.

This includes at least the following services:

- Delivery of functional components in accordance with these contract documents:

o EPP software and licenses for the specified number and type of existing systems

o An EDR solution with XDR functionality (EDR/XDR system)

o Zum EDR/XDR System zugehörende Funktionskomponenten

o A NAC solution and functional components associated with the NAC system

o A SIEM solution and functional components associated with the SIEM system

- Provision of software functional components that must be used to meet the requirements

- services within the framework of operational requirements.

- Manufacturer service and support for the delivered functional components for the specified term with the required SLA

- Support by the contractor for the specified term with the required SLA
