Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are regulated by fixed prices. The services and technical specifications are defined in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP) and its annexes. They include the construction of four buildings:- a nursery school with 6 classes- an elementary school with 9 classes- a school restaurant- an extracurricular building.
