The purpose of the consultation is to award a contract for the rehabilitation of the Hélio Marin Centre in Vallauris, a follow-up care and rehabilitation facility built in 1934, specialising in the management of diseases of the musculoskeletal system and the nervous system. The main building occupies 8 levels (-1 to +6) to which are added on the east side, the areas of the day hospital, housing and a performance hall. The Establishment is classified as a 3rd category U ERP (staff < 300 people) The procedure takes the form of a so-called "anticipated" consultation involving a "pro Collaborative" phase

The present real estate project aims to rehabilitate the establishment, by carrying out technical compliance and renovating the entire accommodation as well as the reception and rehabilitation areas. The objective is to have a building that meets the requirements of quality and safety of care, in compliance with the principle of good management of public funds. The reorganization of the spaces will facilitate the efficiency of care, optimize traffic flows, the comfort of patients' stays and the quality of working conditions. The surface area of the project is 10,000 square meters Sdo.La restructuring of the main building should make it possible to meet the expectations of the establishment project by:- the creation of 140 full hospital beds (extendable to 152) on 4 levels (R+2, R+3, R+4 and R+5), i.e. 30 to 40 beds per level.- the regrouping of the technical rehabilitation platform at R+1, the day hospital and consultations- the creation of a balneotherapy area in the existing building- the rehabilitation of the entrance hall- the release of the 1977 extension which now houses the technical platform and the day hospital and the densification of the surface areas on the main building. The work will take place on an occupied site and must respect the authorized capacity of the establishment for both full hospitalization and day hospital.
