The subject of the order is the expansion of the currently operating SIEM IBM QRadar system in the Energa Group in accordance with the following requirements, or the implementation of an equivalent IT solution. In addition, the Employer provides for the option of an optional solution consisting in the delivery of additional licenses with support, implementation of additional functionalities and training. Requirements for the extension of the existing SIEM IBM QRadar solution (in the scope of the basic order and in the scope of the optional order) are described in points III.1 and III.2. Annex 1 to the ToR. However, the requirements for equivalent solutions (equivalence parameters) are described in section IV of Annex 1 to the ToR.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract (including the scope and type of optional orders) is included in Annex 1 to the ToR.

The estimated value of the contract exceeds the PLN equivalent of EUR 443,000.

3. The exercise of the option right is the Employer's right which does not result in the Contractor's claim for an Optional Order. The contracting authority may exercise the option right in full or in part.

4. The Ordering Party may exercise the option right within 12 (twelve) months from the date of conclusion of the Agreement.

5. The Awarding Entity informs that pursuant to art. 37 paragraph 6 there is no obligation to provide part of the Specification of Essential Terms of the Order, i.e. a detailed description of the architecture of the security system on the website. The Employer, prior to making part of the Specification of Essential Terms of the Order available, requires the Contractor to submit a signed declaration of confidentiality, in accordance with the template in Annex 12 to the ToR.

6. Before initiating the procedure, technical dialogue No. DT / 01 / EITE-BB / 2019 was carried out under the name: Development of the SIEM system.
