This tender relates to a joint procurement of the framework agreement on the collection, transport, treatment and marketing of plastic waste with food and drink carton (PMDK) for the Municipality of Copenhagen, I/S ARGO and I/S West combustion. The purpose of the benefit is to ensure the treatment of plastic waste with food and drink carton (PMDK) from the municipalities of the contracting entity, where the maximum proportion of waste goes to recycling, and to provide evidence of the way of waste from the contracting entity to the recycling plant. It is a requirement that plastic waste with food and drink carton (PMDK) be treated at EU/EEA sorting/pre-treatment plants, and the sorted fractions should be allocated for recycling at certified recycling plants within the EU/EEA. The tender includes 3 autonomous framework agreements (also referred to as part agreements), i.e. one for each contracting entity. All 3 parts agreements will be awarded to one and the same supplier. Thus, no offers can be made which include 1 or 2 subagreements alone.
