This contract concerns the development of the area to the east of the western sector of the ZAC en Lisière with the polytechnic school, in the so-called “Green” sector.

Its purpose is to achieve:

- the extension of Boulevard Monge,

- the development of Boulevard du Green in its 1 re phase (up to the LLR and DPI labs of the polytechnic school),

- the extension of Cours Pierre Vasseur,

- the public square of Green between the school and the BEM,

- the development of rue Le Chatelier,

- the foreshadowing of the green near the ENSAE.
