The subject of the order is the provision of bicycles by way of leasing for the purpose of leasing them to PD employees for business and private use, including insurance, training and services, in particular processing of the order, return as well as maintenance and repair, incident management and provision of an online portal.

The aim of this framework agreement is to create a uniform bicycle leasing offer for PD employees at all locations.

As a partner of the administration, PD offers the public sector nationwide consulting and management services on all questions of modern administration and infrastructure. PD employs around 1000 people at 8 locations within Germany (Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Nuremberg, Munich and Stuttgart) and continues to grow.
