This works contract includes all acts and restoration work on the roofs of the Salle Saint-Georges, and more particularly:

- restoration of brick masonry (gables, chimneys and attic walls),

- renewal of natural slate roofs, including restoration work on the underlying structures,

- zinc and drainage works for rainwater and roof waterproofing,

- the restoration of dormers and cornices,

- the insulation of the attic floors of the front part in order to save energy,

- the insulation of the vaults of the attic of the rear part in order to save energy.

As a reminder, the Salle Saint-Georges is a listed building and listed on the exceptional heritage list of Wallonia.
