The subject of the contract is: collection of municipal waste from property owners from the city of Krosno in the period from January 2, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
The subject of the contract is: collection of municipal waste from property owners from the city of Krosno in the period from January 2, 2024 to December 31, 2024. In the Municipality of Krosno, the municipal waste management system covers properties inhabited in single-family housing, multi-unit buildings, buildings of the Old Town Complex and Staszica Street.
The contractor collecting municipal waste is obliged to comply with applicable law, in particular: the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended), the Act of 14 December 2012
13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2519, as amended), Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship for the years 2020 – 2026 with a perspective until 2032 constituting Annex 1 to Resolution No. XXXVI/584/21 of the Podkarpackie Regional Assembly of 26 April 2021, Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment) of 10 May 2021 on the method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2021 r., item 906), Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Municipality of Krosno together with other provisions of local law.
Estimated amount of municipal waste provided for collection from the inhabited areas of the city of Krosna:
- about 5 600 Mg per year - non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste,
- approximately 400 Mg per year - biowaste excluding parts of plants derived from green space care and gardens also known as 'bio waste',
- about 250 Mg per year - bio-waste being part of originating plants
from the care of green spaces and gardens,
- about 2,400 Mg per year - segregated municipal waste,
- about 20 Mg per year - ashes from households - reception within the action.
The figures given above are estimates and subject to change at the execution stage of the order.
The estimated number of properties covered by the municipal waste management system is approx. 6766, including single-family housing approx. 6513 and multi-unit buildings approx. 253.
The number of inhabitants covered by the municipal waste management system in the city of Krosno resulting from the submitted declarations on the amount of fees for municipal waste management submitted by the owners of real estate where residents live is approx. 37 247.
The subject of the contract includes:
1) Reception,
2) Equipment with containers for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste owners residing in the town of Krosna,
3) Equipment with containers for selective collection of municipal waste,
4) Support of the Ordering Party's own containers,
5) Washing and disinfecting containers,
6) Replacement of containers,
7) Equipment with bags for selective waste collection and bags intended to collect unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,
8) Equipment with ash collection bags and biosciences forming parts of plants derived from green space care and gardens;
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the OPZ Annex attached to the SWZ.
Pursuant to Article 29(3a) of the Public Procurement Law and Article 22(1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code, the contracting authority requires the contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment contract, to employ persons performing the following activities in the performance of the contract: physical and office works related to the collection and transport of municipal waste from the inhabited areas of the Municipality of Krosno.
