AFB.45. Form of compensation for tendering

Tenderers do not receive any compensation for the preparation of tenders.

AFB.61 Exclusion of tenderers

The tenderer will be excluded from participation in the procurement if the tenderer or the representative of the tenderer (in the case where the bidder is a legal person) is convicted by final judgment of an offence under Chapter 13. Section 1 LOU. This applies even if it has been established by decision of the authorities or a final judgment that the tenderer has not fulfilled its obligations regarding the payment of taxes or social security contributions (Chapter 13, Section 2, Section 1 of the LOU).

The bidder may be excluded if any of the conditions in Chapter 13. Section 2(2) or Section 3 of the LOU exists.

The grounds for exclusion also apply to subcontractors.
