1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new computer and network equipment free from legal and physical defects for the organizational units of the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin. 2. The Contracting Authority shall divide the subject of the contract into 21 independent parts. Further information on the order for all parts (including the types of equipment that make up a given part) is provided below in the announcement, and the information in full detail and exhaustive in the indicated scope is provided by the Terms of Reference. The term "Terms of Reference" used in the announcement shall be understood as the documents of this contract constituting the specification referred to in Article 133 of the Polish Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the "Public Procurement Law").

The scope of delivery of this Task includes at least:1) Sale and delivery of the offered EQUIPMENT to the Ordering Party (including, if necessary, also making its customs declaration for the purpose of introduction and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland); 2) Providing the Contracting Authority with a perpetual license, full with respect to the computer programs indicated in the Terms of Reference, as well as any other computer programs, if such programs will be the subject of the offer for the EQUIPMENT or components necessary to use the offered EQUIPMENT; 3) Granting the Ordering Party a guarantee for the EQUIPMENT offered, delivered and delivered to the Ordering Party, whereby it is required to grant a warranty for a period not shorter than indicated in the Terms of Reference, counting from the date of delivery of the EQUIPMENT to the Ordering Party; 4) Obtaining and issuing to the Ordering Party relevant documents related to the use of the EQUIPMENT, including asserting rights under the warranty referred to in point 3); 3. The scope and manner of performance of the services referred to in paragraph 2 above and the type and manner of presentation of the documents referred to in section 2 point 4) above are detailed in the Model Agreement for EQUIPMENT (Appendix No. 8A of the Terms of Reference).
