The subject of the contract is the maintenance of flood embankments in the area of ZZ Sandomierz in the years 2024-2026. The order was divided into 2 parts.
The Contractor's duties include performing the following works and activities, in particular:
1. Supervising and patrolling flood embankments and embankment facilities to prevent damage by third parties, cattle grazing on them, unauthorized passage over the crown of embankments and devastation of these devices on the assigned section.
2. Equipping employees - embankment guards with work clothing and footwear (jacket, trousers, shirt, boots, rubber boots, waders and vests - with a legible inscription "EMBANKMENT GUARD" for use during the performance of duties.
3. Providing the Contracting Authority with a direct telephone contact to all employees supervising flood embankments.
4. Participation by these employees in periodic inspections of dikes.
