The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129, as amended - "Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection (in including protection of crops against game nets), fire protection, logging and skidding, nursery, seed production, maintenance of tourist infrastructure as well as repair and maintenance of forest logging routes. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works resulting from Annex 3 to the ToR, which consists of:

- attachment No. 3.1. - size of works by activity,

- attachment No. 3.2. - difficulty zones and logging distances,

- Annex 3.3 - wood harvesting sorting system.

Material ranges listed in Annexes 3.1. - 3.3. to the ToR are estimates.
