The KJF (Katholische Jugendfürsorge der Diözese Regensburg e. V.) is responsible for the Cabrini School in Offenstetten. It is a support centre for children, adolescents and young adults with intellectual disabilities.

In this context, the planning services of the service profile outdoor facilities according to § 39 Abs. 3 HOAI i.V.m. Anl. 11 No. 11.1 Work phases 4 - 9, as well as the participation in the settlement of subsidies within the scope of performance phase 8 as well as the monitoring of the remedy of defects within the limitation period as a special service in the performance phase 9.

For this purpose, a new building is to take place. In total, there is 3,700 m² of usable space. This is divided into the areas for the school, SVE, small sports hall / changing rooms, swimming pool / changing rooms, therapy and day care center. The construction is carried out in the existing building during ongoing operation. Due to the existing topography of the terrain with slope and hill, extensive earthworks are necessary to adapt to the new building and to make the outdoor areas barrier-free (see also the terrain section and explanatory report attached to the award documents).

The outdoor areas of the Cabrini schools are essentially divided into the following areas:

- Minibus parking lot in front of component A at the main entrance

- Parking for cars and bicycles

- Bypass in the east

- west of the Cabrizio: existing terrace, new school garden and fire brigade areas

- Playground for the middle / vocational school

- Playground for the primary school

- Open spaces for SVE and HPT

- Sports areas (all-weather pitch and grass playing field)

A rough initial cost estimate was estimated at ~ EUR 3.0 million gross, with the outdoor facilities school accounting for EUR 2.1 million and the sports areas EUR 850,000.00.
