The total contract, including changes in space and use in the existing school building, including the renovation of all premises in the school building and the extension to the east of the existing school building, which includes part of the school and kindergarten premises.

The site should take into account, among other things, that the floor heights of the part to be renovated are partly low, which causes

for example, the fact that some of the doors are not of a standard size. Demolition of an old kindergarten is not part of the contract. Yard work from the area of the kindergarten to be demolished is also not part of the contract. A separate option price is requested from the provider for the area of the kindergarten to be demolished from the yard work. The contract boundaries are set out in more detail in the tender plans.

The form of the contract is a total contract in which the contractor selected for the job acts as the main contractor acting as the main contractor within the meaning of the YSE and the legislation. The contractor is responsible for site management responsibilities and site services. The contract program attached to the contract notice lists the builder's procurements and separate contracts that will not be subordinated to the main contractor.
