Contract for the provision of an Etendering Solution

North Yorkshire County Council on behalf of the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Strategic Procurement Group (SPG) is seeking to procure an e-sourcing solution to support and deliver the procurement and contract management process. In addition to those contracting authorities listed in the notice , this includes any companies/organisations that are wholly owned by any member of SPG and governed by the Public Contract Regulations 2015. Additional information on the companies/Organisations can be found below, this list isn't exhaustive, As new companies may be set up during the lifetime of the contract:
