Description:
Delivery of computer technology equipment as part of the project "Development of vocational education in schools of the city of Grudziądz".

The subject of the contract is the supply of computer technology equipment as part of the project "Development of vocational education in schools of the city of Grudziądz". The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractors submitting the offer to lodge a bid bond before the deadline for submitting bids in the amount of PLN 2,400.00 (two thousand four hundred zlotys 00/100). The Contractor is obliged to lodge a bid bond for the term of binding the offer. If the bid bond is not paid or the bid bond is not improperly lodged or the bid bond is not maintained continuously until the expiry of the bid validity period or if an application for the return of the bid bond is submitted in the case referred to in Article 98(2)(3) of the PPL, the Contractor's bid will be rejected from the procurement procedure. The bid bond paid in money shall be paid by the Contractor by bank transfer to the bank account of the Contracting Authority - Bank PKO BP SA number 31 1020 5040 0000 6902 0085 9652.

1.The subject of the contract is the supply of computer technology equipment as part of the project "Development of vocational education in schools of the city of Grudziądz". Type of assortment and quantity:

Laptop with touch screen - pcs. 1; Projector - pcs. 1; multifunction device - pcs.1; Charging station - pcs. 2; multimedia presenter - pcs. 2; Device CAL licenses for windows server 2022 - pcs. 250; interactive Flipchart with stand - pcs. 1; SFP+ switch TYPE A - pcs. 7; SFP+ switch TYPE B - pcs. 1; SFP+ switch TYPE C - pcs. 6; fiber optic switch - pcs. 1; PoE switch - pcs. 6; Headphones with microphone - pcs. 16; Monitor -pcs. 5; Smartphones - pcs. 2; PVC card printer - pcs. 1.

2.The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annex 1 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

3.The Contracting Authority requires that the data provided by the Contractor, in Annex 2.1. to the SWZ – Offer Form – detailed part, clearly and precisely indicate the subject of the contract. The data provided must allow the Ordering Party to unambiguously identify the subject of the contract in terms of configuration in accordance with the requirements of the Ordering Party using generally available methods (e.g. manufacturer's website) in order to check the correctness of its parameters with the requirements of the SWZ. If the model or name of the subject of the contract provided by the Contractor does not fully reflect the fulfillment of the Ordering Party's requirements, technical data in terms of configuration and accessories of the object should be indicated.

4.The Ordering Party allows offering the subject of the contract with parameters exceeding the requirements of the Ordering Party, with modern technological requirements, meeting at least the minimum requirements set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ and not worse in terms of quality and technical conditions, while maintaining its appropriate functionality and purpose.

5.The Contracting Authority informs that pursuant to Article 101(4) of the PPL, if the description of the subject of the contract includes a reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3), the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.

6.The warranty period for all order items is 24 months. The warranty period will be counted from the date of signing the final acceptance protocol of the entire subject of the contract. The warranty period will be equal to the warranty period.

7. A detailed description of the conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract is included in the Model Agreement constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ.
