Part I - Securing rescue operations by doctors - medical protection of rescue operations carried out with the participation of a doctor in the underground branches of Spółka Restrukturyzacji Kopalń S.A., in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 9 June 2011. Geological and Mining Law and Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 16 March 2017 on mining rescue.

Part II - Provision of psychological care during and after the rescue operation - Provision of psychological care during the rescue operation

and after its completion in the underground Branches of Spółka Restrukturyzacji Kopalń S.A., in accordance with the requirements of the Act of 9 June 2011. Geological and mining law and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of 16 March 2017 on mining rescue.

For Part I:

a) Ensuring round-the-clock medical duty.

b) Ensuring the participation of a doctor in the rescue operation, the duties of which will include:

cooperation with the management of the rescue operation in order to efficiently and safely save people and the proper selection of techniques for providing medical assistance,

providing first aid to victims,

possession of necessary pharmaceuticals, medical materials

and medical equipment specified in the annex to the model contract,

providing paramedics with medical care including:

• medical assistance during rescue operations,

• health check immediately before and after participation

in a rescue operation.

For Part II:

a) Ensuring round-the-clock duty of psychologists, psychotherapists

and psychiatrists.

b) Providing psychological care of a psychologist, psychotherapist and psychiatrist

for mine rescuers and people injured during the rescue operation

and after its completion, the duties which will include:

cooperation with the management of the rescue operation in order to efficiently

and safe rescue of people and proper selection of techniques for providing medical assistance,

support for the rescue operation to counteract post-traumatic stress disorder and activities aimed at maintaining the health of people taking part in the action and determining the need to take possible medical and psychological actions by:

• providing psychological and psychotherapeutic assistance at the scene

and psychiatric,

• providing psychological, psychotherapeutic and psychiatric support to the families of victims or victims,

• providing psychological and psychotherapeutic consultations and help

and psychiatric members of the action staff,

• providing individual psychological and psychotherapeutic support

and psychiatric participants of the action,

• providing psychological, psychiatric and psychotherapeutic assistance,

after the rescue operation on call,

• preparing a report on actions taken for the action headquarters, analysis of the course of the action

on the spot, after the shift is completed.
