The subject of the contract is the development of the backup system of all systems for the provision of health care services provided in the Provincial Specialist Hospital No. 2 in Jastrzębie-Zdrój. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in the model contract - Annex No. 5 to the SWZ.
