This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, known as a single-awardee, whose purpose is to carry out and process the investigations of OPS and SLS (2024-2027).

FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ON THE IMPLEMENTATION AND PROCESSING OF SOCIAL HOUSING OCCUPANCY SURVEYS (OPS) AND SOLIDARITY RENT SUPPLEMENT (SLS) The mission is broken down into:- Design of documents and support for the launch of survey processing operations;- Creation of a website/interface allowing tenants to respond directly online;- Sending survey forms and letters;- Processing of returns;- Analysis and data entry;- Initiation of reminder procedures;- Opening of a specific extra-net site;- Digitization of files;- Archiving and delivery of constituent elements;- Development and sending of Return Files by agency. The market is organized in five successive phases. These phases are identical for each year and regardless of the survey to be carried out (combined SLS/OPS or SLS only).
