Contract relating to the acquisition and maintenance of licenses for Oracle products on the IT equipment of the public service in Wallonia

This contract is a multi-year contract for services to orders within the meaning of article 2, 21 ° of the law of 17.6.2016, having for object the acquisition and the maintenance of the licenses of Oracle products on the computer park of the public service of Wallonia.

The tenderer is requested to submit an offer for the various items included in these specifications and in the inventory.

These positions are more fully detailed in “Title IV Technical prescriptions” of this CSC:

- item 1: maintenance of Oracle licenses for the SPW,

- item 2: acquisition of Oracle licenses included in the publisher catalog.
