The subject of the contract is IT equipment of the Long-Term Care Center in the subregion at the Specialist Tuberculosis and Lung Diseases Team in Koszalin under the project no. RPZP.09.01.00-32-0002/18 - Telephone network with VoIP function, set 1 in the scope specified in the SWZ.

1.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ, i.e. the assortment and price form specifying the quantity of the subject of the contract and the minimum required technical parameters.

2.The subject of the order must be brand new, unused, undamaged, free from physical and legal defects, can not be subject to the rights of third parties. The subject of the contract must meet all applicable legal standards of safety of Polish regulations

and the European Union, have all legally required approvals and approvals and markings in accordance with applicable regulations and is to be supplied in protective packaging.

3.The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract for the period indicated in the assortment and price form and deliver the equipment at its own expense to the place indicated by the Ordering Party.

4.The contracting authority requires the execution of the contract within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
