Gas chromatograph (GC) with mass selective detector (MSD)

The object of the order is the delivery and operational installation including expert installation of a gas chromatograph (GC) with mass-selective detector (MSD) and a computer system (hereinafter referred to as "device system") including evaluation and control software (hereinafter referred to as "software"). In addition, an expert instruction in the operation and function of the device system and in the software by suitable German-speaking personnel of the contractor for three employees of the customer must be carried out on site and a german or English user manual for the device system and the software must be transmitted in electronic form by e-mail. For a period of three years from operational installation, annual maintenance must also be carried out (a fourth maintenance is optional). Furthermore, the contractor maintains a telephone hotline by qualified and trained German-speaking equipment technicians during the usual business hours of the customer (Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) and guarantees the availability of spare parts for the device system for a period of at least eight years after operational installation. The Contractor guarantees the provision of new software program versions for a period of five years after operational installation.
