Rehabilitation and extension of the Foyer de la Solitude to create a 5-star hotel
Semads launches a new tendering procedure to designate the contractors responsible for carrying out the rehabilitation and construction of the "Foyer de la solitude", which extends over a 9,424 m 2 . The purpose of the project is the creation of a 5-star hotel with 83 rooms including a gourmet restaurant and a SPA with swimming pool. They include the rehabilitation of the existing building (1,640 m 2 SDP), the construction of a new building (4,011 m 2 STP) and the realization of all the exterior landscaping of the plot and the rehabilitation of the impasse Cloquet. This procedure concerns lot 3 (VRD and public lighting), as well as lots 7 to 14 of the works, the latter being unsuccessful during the last consultation.
