The consultation concerns the maintenance of lifts and remote alarms of the heritage of Montluçon Habitat (with a part current maintenance at a fixed price, and a part at unit prices for the current operations of repair, renovation or compliance of the equipment).

It should be noted that as part of this maintenance, MONTLUCON HABITAT wishes to carry out special operations in one of its residences (residence BIEN ASSIS II). These operations consist on the one hand in the replacement of the platform screen doors and cabin, and on the other hand in the removal and treatment of asbestos present on the replaced organs of the elevators of the residence.
