The contract relates to the purchase of service and maintenance of Lånekassen's [the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund] existing video conferencing equipment, supplementary purchase of such equipment, SaaS for administration of video conferences and equipment, as well as integration with the Contracting Authority's collaboration platform MS Teams, based on SSA-V [Agreement governing the maintenance and servicing of software and equipment]. 

The contract relates to the purchase of service and maintenance of Lånekassen's [the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund] existing video conferencing equipment, supplementary purchase of such equipment, SaaS for administration of video conferences and equipment, as well as integration with the Contracting Authority's collaboration platform MS Teams, based on SSA-V [Agreement governing the maintenance and servicing of software and equipment].

The Tenderer's main responsibility is to offer the Contracting Authority user-friendly and flexible services of good quality and security. The services include the following principal areas:

- Service and maintenance of existing physical video conferencing equipment, including setup and configuration of new equipment.

- SaaS service for managing video conferences and equipment, as well as acting as 2nd line support for the Contracting Authority's IT user centre.

- Offer good and user-friendly integrations towards the Contracting Authority's interaction platform MS Teams. 

- Supplementary purchases for the current equipment and expansion for new locations. 

- Additional services.

Lånekassen [the Norwegian State Educational Loan Fund] has currently 37 rooms with video conference equipment - divided between our 5 locations. 

The value of this contract is between NOK 8,000,000 and NOK 12,000,000.
