The Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine (DAFM) is seeking a competent experienced contractor to facility manage its offices at the Regional Veterinary Office, Government Offices, Athlumney, Kilcairn, Navan, Co. Meath. This is a shared government building and the contract relates to the entire building.

DAFM requires an innovative solution that provides a strong emphasis on value for money and is focused on the delivery of a high-quality service. Up to 40 hours per week are sanctioned for duties A to F inclusive outlined below.

The contracted service will include the following:

a. Ad Hoc Duties (as required by Local Management)

b. Grounds Maintenance

c. Repair and Maintenance

d. Health and Safety issues

e. Goods Received

f. Key holding
