The installations covered by the contract shall be located in the tunnel operating buildings and in certain technical rooms inside or outside the tunnel. The types of maintenance requested are as follows: preventive, curative, minor evolutionary and additional services of technical expertise and monitoring of the obsolescence of the system. The description of the services and their specific specifications are indicated in the special technical clauses (C.C.T.P). The consultation will result in a purchase order contract (framework agreement) with a minimum annual amount (€80,000 excluding VAT) and a maximum (€200,000 excluding VAT) in accordance with Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-5 and Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code
