The procurement entity consists of three areas:

Business design

Digital Business Design

The procurement will be implemented as a framework agreement, within the framework of which HSL can purchase diverse design expertise from selected partners for the development of the customer experience and services for the implementation and consulting of service design-oriented service development projects for separately defined project-specific needs. The aim is to achieve more effective and strategic development work.
