The object of the public procurement is the purchase of petrol and petrol station goods from the provider's filling stations all over Estonia under the conditions set out in the RHAD (gasoline and diesel fuel) and, if possible, in the procedure of retail sale. The buyers are institutions of the area of government of the Ministry of the Interior all over Estonia.

The procurement part includes the purchase of fuel all over the territory of the Republic of Estonia (except for the city of Tallinn).
